And just like that, it's our final SU in the Spark for this academic year!

This session focuses on Stress Awareness Month, with a chance to explore support, resources, and simple ways to look after your wellbeing during exams and assessments.

We’ll also be highlighting Society Elections, giving you the opportunity to find out how to get involved, stand for roles, and shape student-led activity for the year ahead.

Alongside this, we’re collecting well-loved items from students moving out, which will be passed on to new students arriving in the next academic year - helping reduce waste and support a smoother transition into university life.
